These terms cover WN Seller Assistant, its OpenClaw skill, website, and subscription service operated by WNSA LLC ("Operator"). By using the product, you agree to these terms.

Your account, rules, and actions

The product drafts and queues work in the channels you configure, and acts in your browser only on what you approve. You are solely responsible for your Whatnot account, listings, communications, fulfillment, moderation decisions, and compliance with Whatnot's terms, policies, and all applicable laws. Operator does not authorize any violation of platform rules. You must review proposed messages and sensitive actions before allowing them to run.

Automation and account risk

Whatnot's rules may restrict automated or unsolicited activity. Invites, thank-yous, win-back messages, or moderation actions sent with the product may cause activity to be flagged and an account to be limited, suspended, or banned. There is no guarantee that an account will avoid enforcement. Automation is off by default and requires an explicit, versioned risk acceptance. Code-enforced limits, spacing between sends, skip rules, approvals, and stop controls reduce risk but do not eliminate it. By enabling automation, you knowingly accept that risk.

Messaging, coupons, and spam rules

Whatnot may treat unsolicited direct messages, repeated invitations, promotional coupons, thank-yous, win-back messages, or live-event replies as spam or otherwise prohibit them under its messaging rules. Normal and opt-in-only modes are workflow controls, not legal or platform approval. You are solely responsible for determining who may be contacted, the content and frequency of every message, honoring opt-outs, and complying with Whatnot's current rules and applicable law. Operator does not guarantee delivery, compliance, conversion, or that messaging will avoid reports, account limits, suspension, or bans.

Moderation

Moderation assistance can propose only removal from a show, muted-word changes, or whole-chat slow mode. Harsh actions require seller approval by default. Automated or AI-assisted judgments can be wrong; you remain responsible for reviewing context and outcomes.

No giveaway entry or bidding automation

WN Seller Assistant does not provide automated giveaway entry or automated bidding. You may not modify, direct, or use the product to enter giveaways, place bids, or manipulate auctions automatically.

Plans and billing

Free features remain available without a subscription. Pro and Growth are recurring monthly plans shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and provides checkout, receipts, applicable tax handling, and the customer portal. The current integration is test-mode only and does not accept live charges. Before public launch, renewal, cancellation, refund, and support terms must be finalized in the live checkout.

Data and backups

Product data is stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining backups and protecting access to the machine and OpenClaw channels where the product runs. The license service data practices are described in the privacy notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Whatnot can change its pages or policies without notice. Operator does not warrant that browser automation, AI output, third-party services, or the product will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that your account will not be flagged, limited, suspended, or banned.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPERATOR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ACCOUNT ENFORCEMENT. OPERATOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR WN SELLER ASSISTANT DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Binding individual arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the product or these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the American Arbitration Association's applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. You and Operator waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, representative, consolidated, or private-attorney-general action. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only as necessary to resolve that party's individual claim. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable consumer arbitration rules require a different location.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Dallas County, Texas, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

Brand and affiliation

WN Seller Assistant is an independent product. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Whatnot. No Whatnot logos are used, and you may not use this product or its brand to imply affiliation or endorsement.
