Invites, thank-yous, win-back, and moderation actions may cause an account to be flagged, limited, suspended, or banned. Unsolicited DMs, repeated outreach, coupons, and live-event replies may also be treated as spam under Whatnot's rules, including in opt-in-only mode. You are solely responsible for compliance and must explicitly accept this risk before any action can start. Re-accepting the warning whenever it changes, hard caps, spacing between sends, approvals, skip rules, logs, and one-message stop are enforced in code but cannot guarantee that an account will avoid enforcement.

Does WN Seller Assistant use the Whatnot API?
No. The Seller API is not generally available. The skill works from official CSV exports and drafts and queues tasks for you to approve. If a page changes, the relevant job stops and asks you instead of guessing.
Where is buyer data stored?
In a local folder on your computer. Nothing about buyers, shows, sales, or chat is sent to the WN Seller Assistant license service.
Do I need an AI key from you?
No. Bring any model supported by your OpenClaw setup. The rules layer and plain summaries still work when model assistance is unavailable.
Can moderation remove someone automatically?
No. Removing someone from your show always waits for your approval. You can opt into capped automatic whole-chat slow mode. Muted-word changes always wait for approval, and every action is logged.
Is automated outreach risk-free?
No. Whatnot's rules may restrict automated or unsolicited activity, and an account can be flagged, limited, suspended, or banned. Unsolicited DMs, coupons, repeated outreach, and live-event replies may be treated as spam. You must accept the current risk warning before outreach or moderation actions, and raising a cap requires accepting it again. Normal and opt-in-only modes remain available, but you are solely responsible for compliance.
