Privacy promise
Your customer list stays yours.
WN Seller Assistant is local-first. Show records, buyer history, notes, message drafts, moderation logs, and send history remain on the computer where OpenClaw runs. WNSA LLC operates the website and license service.
Last updated: October 13, 2026.
What stays on your machine
- Buyer usernames, purchases, notes, tags, and outreach status.
- Show reports, packing slips, packing lists, and shipping profiles.
- Inventory costs, fees, tips, refunds, boost figures, profit calculations, retention views, and tax-ready exports.
- Chat observations, moderation proposals, approvals, and action logs.
- Outreach queues, rendered messages, consent, caps, and send logs.
What the license service receives
Paid-tier activation sends only the license key, a random installation ID, and no seller or buyer records. The service stores a SHA-256 hash of the key, the installation IDs attached to it, its tier, Lemon Squeezy customer and subscription identifiers, and subscription status. It does not receive buyer, show, chat, packing, or outreach data.
AI processing
You choose and configure the AI model used by OpenClaw. WN Seller Assistant does not include an AI account or transmit data to an AI service of its own. Model prompts can include the chat or seller context needed for the feature you request. Choose a local model in OpenClaw if that processing must remain entirely on your machine.
Billing
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes checkout, subscription billing, receipts, and applicable tax. It receives the information you enter during checkout under its own privacy terms; checkout uses the store display name WNSA LLC. WN Seller Assistant receives customer and subscription identifiers and status through signed webhooks; payment-card details are never sent to this site or the skill.
Website and service logs
Website and infrastructure providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. This operational data is not combined with the local seller or buyer database.
Retention, browser access, and deletion
Actions you approve run in the browser profile you select. They stop when expected controls are missing, the account differs from setup, or a warning is detected. To delete local product data, remove the configured WN Seller Assistant data directory. Back it up first if you want to retain your show history. Local data remains until you delete it. License and subscription records are retained as needed to provide access, prevent abuse, and meet billing or legal obligations.
Independent product
